Message	: THESE ARE ALL TWIN TURBO QUESTIONS : If you have engine mods, should that time be longer? : After driving, parking (for a couple of minutes), and starting up again, should you let the car warm up? : Does your driving distance determine How much time to set the turbo timer when cooling down? if you're running good synthetic oils, you shouldn't have to wait more than a minute. you're just letting the car cold idle. at this time the car is running ultra rich.. bad for pollution and spark plugs. after the car is warmed up and restarted, there's no need to wait more than 20-30 seconds. like stagez said, don't boost in the last mile - let the oil cooler do it's work.
